The Board and staff of The Samaritan Counseling Center of Southwest Georgia subscribe to the following faith statement while serving with Christ’s love to all.

We believe that the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments, is inspired by God and was given to guide our lives.  We believe in one God, the Creator, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  We believe that Jesus Christ was born of the virgin Mary as both God and man.  He was crucified, rose bodily from the grave on the third day, ascended to heaven, and will personally come again.  We believe that every person has sinned, but can be saved from their sin and its penalty by grace through personal faith in that sacrifice of Jesus Christ at the cross.
